Committee chairperson - Nadav Elyashiv │ Hanoar Haoved Vehalomed youth movement
This is the most recently established CYMI committee.
The committee was formed out of the need to provide a joint and concentrated response to the youth movements in engaging with State authorities, as well as the understanding that local government is the entity that most impacts youth movement activities at the local level.
The committee deals in solving difficulties shared by the youth movements at the national or local level, as needed, and each year deepens its work on issues central to the youth movements.
These include: building structures for the youth movements, integrating planning guidelines at the national level, developing and implementing a municipal budget allocation model, solving local problems with specific local governments, etc.
