The program includes:
Designing a qualification training program and developing qualification training tools (an app, curriculums) for all youth movement teams.
Creating an organizational platform and a plan for optimal integration into the youth movements.
Developing positive attitudes towards persons with a disability among youth movement members, the citizens of tomorrow.
Accessibility and tailoring the various activities and national activities.
Special needs children are undoubtedly part of the youth movements’ current target audience, and their integration has a positive impact on them and on all members. Personal acquaintance breaks down stigma and stereotype barriers and educates towards values that will affect the behavior of all youth movement members towards persons with a disability in adulthood as well. At the same time, the children with disabilities enjoy regular experiences, expand their acquaintance and support circles and acquire social skills.
