An educational-social initiative in partnership with Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot.
Zazim: a joint program of the Council of Youth Movements in Israel and Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot for the development of community initiatives.
The aim of the program is to enable youth movement members and counselors to plan and initiate activity for the community in which they function. About eighty out of hundreds of programs submitted are selected each year. Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot budgets these programs, which are accompanied by representatives of the bank, the youth movements and CYMI. Hundreds of community initiatives were conducted in the community in the program’s seven years of activity up to 2018: restoration and renovation of facilities, preparing an area for recreational activity, introducing new content areas into youth and community center activities, and municipal and community collaborations leading to educational processes facilitating the advancement of disadvantaged populations.
