In collaboration with the National Road Safety Authority
The program includes the appointment of a youth movement coordinator, formulating an annual educational program and conducting activities and training for the general public of children, youth, parents and the community, as well as during youth movement national enterprises [Esz1] and summer camps, and in November which is Road Safety Month.
As part of the program:
*Encourage youth movement members to take responsibility, and to expand the number of youth dealing in the various aspects of road safety.
*Provide tools to contend with the roots of the problem which leads to road accidents and raise awareness regarding the predicament of road accident casualties. The activity will encourage proper road conduct as part of an educational mission.
*Following the program the youth movement members will serve as change agents.
